Backflow assemblies do not look the same from one part of the region to the next. A downtown strata tower keeps its device in a parkade mechanical room; a Richmond farm runs irrigation protection that floods every winter; a Burnaby office park has assemblies nobody has looked at since the tenant fit-out. Knowing the local building stock is most of the job.

Reporting requirements vary by municipality. Eagle Eye submits the required test documentation through the applicable municipal reporting system on your behalf. That is worth saying plainly, because it is the part customers most often expect to have to deal with themselves — and do not.
