How Eagle Eye Backflow Services handles information you send through this website.
What we collect
We collect only what you type into the booking form: your name, an optional company, strata, or property name, your phone number, your email address, the property address, the municipality, the number of backflow devices, the service you need, any notes you add, and any file you choose to attach.
We do not ask for payment details through this website. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, quote the work, arrange access to the property, carry out the test or repair, and submit the required test documentation to the applicable municipal reporting system on your behalf.
How it reaches us
The booking form is delivered by Formspree, a third-party form service, which processes the submission and forwards it to us by email. Your submission passes through and is stored on Formspree's systems as part of that delivery, subject to their own privacy terms.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We disclose it only where it is necessary to do the work you asked for — most commonly by submitting the required test documentation to your municipality or its reporting agent — or where we are required to by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and test records are kept for as long as we need them to service the property, to send you a reminder when the next test is due, and to meet any record-keeping obligations that apply to backflow testing.
Your choices
